Do you mean broken to the upside and then downside on the same day? Yes, this happened last week on Thursday and Friday:
I don't think there's a need to panic yet. Such events happen on some occasions:
- FOMC days
- Small opening range days
- Higher timeframes in TR
- Range BO early in the day
