#1 As labeled by Al, we just had a Sell Climax, CC Wedges, at a MM, strong buy signal bar. So expecting at least 2 legs sideways to up. So traders should be looking for long not short any more. The context has switched. Strong entry bar, CC bull bars closing near their high so probably Always in Long now.
#2 The context from #1 still carried onto here tho weaken. The move up was a spike and channel so was possible 2 legs sideways to up satisfied the reversal up from bottom. However, one, the move up tight so first reversal down probably minor, so it was probably the first of a 2 complex legs.
#3 Big bull surprise bar but also possible vacuum effect. The day so far was big down big up. Look at the bear sell off to the left. What's the possibility of a bull day after such a move? I think very low. So trading range likely, traders don't want to buy into top of trading range.
