Why should this place Sell? What's the difference between it and the other TR?
Not sure what other TR you mean, could you mark the two trades to be compared?

In a TR when you are high you expect the MKT to reverse, not to go higher.
So the red circled trade is a failed BO of the TR so great sell. The blue trade is in the middle third of the TR and in a TTR so this is not a sell you should take. Instead, you should wait for the MKT to reach the bottom of the TR and look for a buy there.
