Hi,
Is it possible to have an option to see what all videos are completed, it is present when I am opening any video I can mark that as complete but not in main menu which can help me to look what all videos are completed and what is pending.

If you look in the general area here you will find discussions on this topic. Here is not the best place to ask.
Quick answer is that we have serious issues with the completion software (it has a fatal error bug messing up indexing that will not be fixed anytime soon). We are planning to replace the complete course management system as soon as practical so the existing video pages will change. A course completion measure will be available but not yet confirmed its functionality.
As suggested elsewhere you can keep record of videos watched in your trading journal or similar. Good for learning too, as using too many electronic gizmos and systems does not always help learning. 😎
