I find lots of case in course,that talk about Bad or Weak Context.
if not in TR, can i think if it's Bad or weak context to buy, then it's usually Good for sell?
Sometimes it is true but some other don't: Here the problem the bulls have is that a 10+ bars Buy-the-close micro channel is climatic so you should be taking profits there (exiting below any bear bar), not entering. Therefore you wait for the PB and if the bears look weak you enter again.
For you to know: in a buy-the-close rally you exit below the first decent bear bar because reversals can be very abrupt (it is explained in future videos)...

For me at least I would not want to buy here as it COULD be the top of the leg after early bulls taking profits but would rather wait for a pullback for a better entry (possibly) or a break out then decide what to do.
That TO ME is the context.
