Swing trade setup patterns for day traders
The Brooks Encyclopedia of Chart Patterns is what Al uses in his trading room to show traders what to expect as patterns are forming.
The full set of more than 8,000 slides is available online for purchase by “BTC Members Only” who have been registered for 60 days or more.
The Encyclopedia is not designed to replace the Brooks Trading Course. However, you should find it very helpful after you study the course.
The cost for access to the full product is US$199.
The presentations give traders a quick reference to the many Brooks Chart Patterns available when trading. The slides complement the Brooks Trading Course and can be used for self study or while trading. With that in mind, Al created a classification of patterns for swing traders. Here you will find 4 versions of each: buy, sell, failed buy, failed sell. This gives you about 100 basic patterns x 4 = 400 total sections. If you can recognize what the market is doing, you can look at the examples of that pattern to get an idea of what might follow.
Traders can search on any text (slide titles and all content). To identify sections, use ‘//’ to give a list of sections. You can then learn what abbreviations are used to narrow down your search. Click on the ‘X’ to close your current search when done. This will open up a list of thumbnails of the slides in your search result. A full index/table of contents can be downloaded to locate exactly what topics you are interested in.
